(formerly Pepsico Restaurants) in Dallas, Texas where he was Senior Vice President and International Chief Finance, Development and Procurement Officer for the business outside of the US. Dane has previously worked with Visy Board Pty Ltd and Booz Allen and Hamilton before leaving to join PepsiCo Restaurants Australia (Pizza Hut and KFC) in 1994. Formerly Managing Director of Wyndham Estate Group from 1970 to 1990 and then Managing Director of McGuigan Simeon Wines Limited from 1991 to 2006. He is currently the Chairman of the Newcastle Mater Misericordiae Hospital; founder of Hunter Wine Country Private Irrigation District of which he is currently a Director.
